INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION COURT (UTSP BKAM)

The International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine (UTSP BKAM) is a permanent independent arbitration body (jury). Its activity is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On International Commercial Arbitration" of February 24, 1994, the Regulations on the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

By the decision of the Presidium of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine dated June 25, 2008, BKAM arbitrator Alida Mahmudova was elected to the list of arbitrators of the International Commercial Arbitration Court of Ukraine TSP.

Since 2008, the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been cooperating with the International Commercial Arbitration Court of Azerbaijan, and information is regularly exchanged between them. The magazine "Practice of International Commercial Arbitration" is sent to BKAM from Ukraine.

 

 

On February 18, 2008, a cooperation agreement was signed between the International Commercial Arbitration Court of Azerbaijan and the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.
