AUSTRALIA INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE
SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH ARBITRAGE CENTER

 

On June 5, 2007, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Azerbaijan International Commercial Arbitration Court and the Australian International Commercial Arbitration Center (ACICA). Founded in 1985, ACICA is a non-profit public organization whose main purpose is to support international arbitration, as well as to serve as a center for international commercial arbitration in Australia. ACICA has a list of international arbitrators. Awareness-raising and awareness-raising activities on international arbitration are also carried out here. In general, the provisions of international arbitration in Australia are governed by federal law and the International Arbitration Act of 1974.
